EaglePC-DUAL

The HGL EaglePC-DUAL provides a rack mounted twin Core-i7 CPU host computers each of which includes 5x 1Gbit/s Ethernet ports, multiple USB3.2 ports, 2x HDMI Graphics Display ports, 8/16GB RAM and up to 8TB of fast SSD data storage. Additionally a rear mounted 1x12 port or 2x6 port (software switchable) network switch is provided with controllable coloured LEDs to allow simple construction of larger channel count systems.

The EaglePC-DUAL is powered by dual redundant full range (110-250V ac 50/60Hz) power supplies and is presented in a milled Aluminium Conduction Cooled 2U chassis for silent operation within control room or quiet environments.

The included Core-i7 CPUs provide enough performance to run up to 32 channels of Dynamic Data Acquisition at 256kHz sample rate (25MB/s) with full real-time processing and monitoring, whilst simultaneously offloading data to an HGL Hercules Archiving station.

The EaglePC-DUAL can be provided with software to operate as up to two Data Acquisition Modules (HGL Hawk & Real-time Processing software) within larger channel count systems, or can be supplied as an all-in-one system with additional Aurora software modules for Analysis, Hercules (SSD disk only) for data management and the HGL HawkGUI, Hawkeye Client and Aurora Client for all operator interactions split between the CPUs as required. For 32/64 channel systems the EaglePC-DUAL can provide a complete Host system with up to four monitors in one compact 2U Chassis.
